So I realized I hadn't weighed myself since the 19th November and I decided that I needed to do something about that. I was very nervous due to the fact my last run was nearly 2 weeks ago and I'd had 3-4 drinking sessions and terrible diet in that time. I was expecting to put on like 5-6 lbs.
I only put on 1! Can't wait to get healthy and start running again. Keep pushing that weight down until Barcelona!
